Pricing FAQ
What counts as billable minutes?
Any time the assistant is connected on a phone call, including hold and confirmation time. Internal processing off-call is not billed as minutes.
Do you charge for missed or spam calls?
Very short calls under a couple seconds are ignored, and you can enable spam filtering to auto-drop known spam patterns.
Can I bring my own provider (Twilio)?
Yes—use your own Twilio account or ours. Carrier costs are separate from our platform pricing.
How do upgrades/downgrades work?
Plan changes take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the current cycle.
